Returns

If you have any comments about our products, you can file a complaint via email by writing to hello@gornig.co, and we will address it within 14 days.

You can also return items within 14 days from the day the shipment was delivered to you.

Returned items must be sent back in an undamaged condition, i.e., showing no signs of use, and the packaging protecting the item must be kept in perfect condition.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to return items within 14 days from the day the shipment was delivered to you.

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal via an email sent to: hello@gornig.co

Please return the item to us promptly at the address provided by us via email, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract.

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract starts:

- for a contract in which we deliver an item, being obliged to transfer its ownership – from the moment you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the item, and in the case of a contract covering multiple items that are delivered separately, in parts or pieces – from the moment you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item, part, or piece.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration.

We will refund the payment you made for the value of the goods promptly, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive the return shipment at the address specified by us.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the item back or you provide proof of its return, whichever occurs first.

Remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply, among others, to a contract:

- where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item made according to your specifications or serving to meet your individual needs;
- where the subject of the service is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life;
- where the subject of the service is an item delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery;
- where the subject of the service is audio or visual recordings or computer software delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging was opened after delivery.

Complaints

If the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint based on the warranty. Please submit the complaint to: hello@gornig.co

The defective goods should be sent to the address provided by us via email.

Due to the defect, you may request:

- replacement of the item with one free from defects,
- removal of the defect,
or submit a statement regarding:

- price reduction,
- withdrawal from the contract – in case of a significant defect.

We are liable for defects found before the lapse of two years from the day of delivery, under the principles specified in the Civil Code.

Your complaint will be addressed (we will respond to it) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint notification.
